This Senior Counsel will have direct involvement and shared responsibility in all aspects of U.S. and international patent disputes, in both judicial and administrative tribunals, from initial issue identification through resolution.
The Sr. Counsel is responsible for drafting, reviewing, revising and negotiating contracts (including NDAs, SOWs, RFPs, LOIs, partnership agreements, IT service agreements, software licenses, etc.) with the companys customers alongside the sales teams.
