The Security Architect is responsible for assessing & advising as to security best practices, technology evaluation/selection, security evolution and other aspects pertaining to network security, security tool implementation & policy execution.
Design, develop and evangelize secure software design patterns and processes among the development teams and drive automated security validation testing and analytics to ensure these patterns and processes are consistently applied throughout development and operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a liaison between on-site delivery teams and Corporate Security management on architectures and compute that will be hosted and operated on by Cognizant resources.
The CTO office is responsible for setting technology and product strategy for CTG, including standards, patents, innovation, and architecture. We are a small team but extremely senior, filled with really sharp people that make a big impact on the business.
Have a masterful understanding of technology and systems infrastructure, including, but not limited to databases, identity and access management, network security, system security, data protection, and all other security domains.
Collaborate across the engineering and operations organization to advise on secure architecture / design, attack surface area reduction, least privileged design, threat mitigations, and security best practices.
