The candidate should be open to learn new features and implementation aspects of Salesforce and willing to work on various other platforms/technologies on which NVDIA Sales Operations tools and application are based on. Most importantly the candidate should be very proactive, organized, logical, good communicator and open to learn.
This role will encompass a wide range of activities, including user management, data management and application management to include implementing new features, reporting, and translating business needs into system changes.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as a technical lead responsible for developing workflows, alerts, reports, and queues; you must modify rules, triggers, reports, and integrate 3rd party applications into the SFDC instance.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for using independent discretion and judgement to research, address and solve Tier 2 support issues and Tier 3 issues in absence of Sr. Administrator.
In this role, you will manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing.
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will continue to administer and troubleshoot the platform for over one hundred inside sales and customer service management teams. This role has extreme growth abilities, with the potential to grow into new roles in the company with proven success.
