The Sales Operations Manager will manage order submissions and fulfillment operations, as well as, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, finance, marketing and customer care in integrating new retail partners, optimizing processes and problem solving. This person is very organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The primary focus of the position is to drive customer experience and operational execution for a Retail Sales Region; be coaching, mentoring, and developing market leaders and teams to improve operational performance.
The ideal Candidate for this position is someone that knows and understands the main characteristics of the technology sales business (sales cast of characters, channel, marketing, order-to-cash processes, sales performance metrics, etc.)
Understand SunPowers New Homes business model and work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify new requirements for the various systems (CRM [SalesForce.com], quoting / pricing, credit and electronic signature tools, and Oracle reporting)
The ideal candidate will be an engaging leader with an excellent mindset for solidly engaging a work force, business and commercial management experience and understanding of manufacturing and operations.
Assembles & analyzes retailer sales data including: collection of retail sales information from retailers and/or licensees; reporting of product from all lines of business; identifying those products that are out/under-performing expectation; understanding seasonality by category; determining trends by category and property performance.
The Senior Sales Operations Data Manager is responsible for ensuring the data is clean, accurate and complete. Additional responsibilities include figuring out the root cause for inaccuracies and incompleteness and defining process and technology remedies to address issues.
