The Sales Operations Analyst will be a key member of the team responsible for optimizing and implementing the process workflow across the marketing, sales and order management functions of the company. In this role, you will report to the VP of Business Operations and work closely with the Sales, Operations and Finance teams.
The Sales Operations Analyst will play a vital role in providing ongoing operational support to the Sales Team and Customer Service. He/she will maintain customer pricing in QAD and provide associated reports to stakeholders.
The Market Operations Analyst will be part of CCCs Parts Operations team and will assist the team by equipping them with insightful data to support critical business objectives. This individual will harvest vast amounts of data from insurance carriers, suppliers, and repair facilities to identify trends and organize Parts Service Group team efforts.
Develop, improve, document, and advocate for processes that make sales and customer success more efficient, productive, and transparent; know the forecasting process and make sure the quality of our data supports rock solid forecasts.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day database administration, reporting, and automation requirements for the Enterprise, Strategic Accounts, Public Sector, and SMB sales teams.
The successful candidate must demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills as the position will require frequent interactions and collaboration with leadership, project management, customers, other team members, and engineers in other disciplines.
Align with the Procurement Operations Manager to provide procurement operations for the building, including: forecasting of non-inventory products, inventory management, non-inventory flow and space models, cycle counts, supplier management, procurement transaction and expediting support.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the monthly commissions process for the core team of Salesforce direct sales; this includes understanding and applying the commission plan consistently, ensuring commissions calculations comply with the plan, and managing exception requests versus policy.
