In this role, the selected candidate will represent the executives by reviewing correspondence; arranging company meals, company events, holiday party and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the executives; arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for actions related to competitive responses such as contract violations or termination of service which include leading project calls and communication with property owners, management and Charter Legal team.
In this role, the candidate is responsible for initiating and developing relationships with internal and external clients; responding to time-sensitive responses for proposals and statements of qualifications.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the clients program development, production and execution of various programs. You will launch and manage in-market programming, including field staff.
