The Sales Operations Analyst will play a vital role in providing ongoing operational support to the Sales Team and Customer Service. He/she will maintain customer pricing in QAD and provide associated reports to stakeholders.
The Sales Operations Analyst will be a key member of the team responsible for optimizing and implementing the process workflow across the marketing, sales and order management functions of the company. In this role, you will report to the VP of Business Operations and work closely with the Sales, Operations and Finance teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the monthly commissions process for the core team of Salesforce direct sales; this includes understanding and applying the commission plan consistently, ensuring commissions calculations comply with the plan, and managing exception requests versus policy.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to extract and analyze data, patterns, and related trends, with the subsequent ability to synthesize the data into information consumable by senior management and physicians.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day database administration, reporting, and automation requirements for the Enterprise, Strategic Accounts, Public Sector, and SMB sales teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure solutions promote simplification, improve the user experience for consumers, and increase efficiency for program managers/facilitators and content curators.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as a customer advocate in providing assistance to resolve members issues and problems; follow-up calls to members with resolution to identified issues in timely manner.
In this role, the candidate will act as primary partner with HR, sales, sales operations, accounting and finance leadership to continuously improve incentive compensation plan design, administration and payout accuracy.
