This role will work directly with the Real Estate team, playing an integral role supporting and analyzing company's lease negotiations and transactions. The role will support the financial due diligence and lease term modeling for new store projects, relocations, expansions, and remodels.
The Coordinator will handle responsibilities related to processing invoices for payment, tracking invoice payments and month end close responsibilities, which includes accruals, reclass journal entries, reporting and Pcard Statement Reconciliation.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage construction from initial site design visit through completed drawings including drawing review taking into account civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical feasibility; value engineering, zoning, FAA/FCC survey work, Phase 1/2 environmental, certification, signoff, and change orders.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who will maintain workflow and perform secretarial and administrative duties such as typing, filing, answering phones, handling mail, and special projects.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience with complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and construction and permanent financing, as well as title matters, local, state and federal permitting, design and construction contracts and commercial leasing.
In this role, you will assist with preparation of annual reports to investors, including compiling occupancy and debt service data related to the properties in each investment, and tracking new or outstanding operating deficit loans funded to any of those properties.
Asset management of existing portfolios of properties under construction, in lease up or stabilized. This will include preparation and update of asset reports, preparation of property valuations, market research and analysis.
The Real Estate Loan Officer is also responsible for developing business checking and deposit relationships with customers; and promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating global real estate review and approval processes including timely collection of presentation packages, scheduling pre - reviews with stakeholders, managing presentation of appropriate materials, providing meeting reports, and following up on pending items.
The Retail Finance Lease team is responsible for managing Apples lease obligations, and maintaining relationships with landlords, property managers, and internal Finance teams worldwide. The team also works with a wide range of additional business partners including Legal, Real Estate, and Store Operations.
Assist acquisition/disposition team, as necessary, with site related issues, including: land title survey coordination and review; site development or zoning issues review (if any); environmental consultant coordination.
