In this role, you will perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients; coordinate, manage, provide and delegate patient care.
In this role, you will participate in NCQA accreditation and regulatory audit preparedness and maintains activities including preparing reports, narratives, graphs, charts, etc. as needed for external audits and surveys related to specific topic areas.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that all programs for new-employee orientation, preceptor training, our Annual In-service Marathon (AIM) Day nurses technical training, clinical services, and quality initiatives comply with standards.
The RN is responsible for supporting efforts to improve clinical and service excellence of patient care provided. RN s must be able to identify and apply care skills appropriate to the specific patient age groups served.
The registered nurse (rn) with labor & delivery must take excellent quality care of patients in labor as well as high risk ob patients; will be asked to complete online, a basic math test assessment to determine who is most likely to be successful at dignity health.
The incumbent provides, coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge.
