Collect, complete, organize, and interpret program data or documentation. Assist with tracking program cost, schedule, and performance. Provide support for the assessment of current programs, including management initiatives, IT, program integration, cost benefit analysis, and metric development.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist Project Manager with setting up invoice, including format, required backup attachments and rates per client requirements, timing, review process, and plan for follow-up on any past due accounts receivable.
The Project Analyst is responsible for delivering service excellence utilizing people, processes and technology. Initiates, plans, execute, controls and closes ERP implementation program initiatives according to the established Project Management Methodology.
Work with clients and other company's staff to establish budgets and baseline plans, adhere to change control processes, track costs and materials, and monitor the program's execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
Direct the activities of consultants, analysts, specialists, and sub contractors and ensure that the appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects.
The duties include supports management team and staff. Manage staff calendars, meetings and conference calls. Arrange and coordinate all logistics for meetings, appointments, luncheons, and conferences. Screen, receive, route and answer calls and greet guests. Plan creative team building events under budget limits.
Works with program director, project managers, business leads, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to help define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout it's' life cycle.
