The Quality Assurance Program Analyst supports the mission of the Client by assuring the quality of the clinical education experience of students in the Health Center. The Quality Assurance Program Analyst also serves a highly visible role working in collaboration with faculty, students, administration and Institutional Research in the collection and analysis of credible data that informs policy, practices and decisions for the clinical education of the college.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of projects of varying contract type, size, and complexity. You will be empowered to create, maintain and status engineering schedules in ms project.
In this role, you will revolve, but not limited to project planning, monitoring, and evaluation, coordination and support of manufacturing builds and practices, hardware and software tracking, pre - commercialization efforts, and supporting project data analysis to flesh out what-if scenarios.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in analyzing cost and schedule performance for moderate to large projects, using tools such as Contract Funds Status Reports, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
In this role, you will maintain awareness of ship schedules, casualty reports (CASREPs), material condition, and readiness status to keep the LCS Readiness Directorate staff appraised of any impacts to mission readiness.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide support to all phases of the program management life cycle for a DoD client program office, including formulating analysis of a budget and program plan, developing acquisition documentation, monitoring task execution, and mitigating risk.
As an Account Support Associate, you'll carry out a wide range of administration and coordination for engagement and/or account teams, acting as a chargeable member. Utilizing the processes and tools of the engagement team and service line, The successful candidate will reduce client server time on non-technical engagements and bring down the overall engagement cost.
In this role, the candidate will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
