In this role, the selected candidate will analyze customer complaints, events and other post marketing surveillance data by examining the data for patterns and trends and investigating when necessary; Investigate customer complaints related to product quality or patient safety.
Work with outside vendors to coordinate the development of manufacturing equipment.
Work closely with maintenance department to improve machine reliability/reduce downtime and define equipment maintenance requirements.
The candidate will interface with IC design, fiber-optic module R&D, manufacturing, and applications to define design-for-test features (DFT) in the design, specify & write test programs, characterize ICs in the lab, and support application and product issues as the product is transferred from R&D to volume manufacturing.
