The Payroll Specialist provides support to our business-owner clients and our internal team of experts; as a key member of a business unit, the primary objective of the Company Payroll Specialist is to process perfect payroll, and provide solutions to improve payroll processes and systems.
In this role, you will manage payroll configuration, full-cycle processing, auditing, taxes and reporting of multi-state US payroll on a timely basis with supporting documentation of approved changes, reviewing and processing transactions for completeness and accuracy.
In this role, the selected candidate will work in partnership with other positions within the business unit, branch and corporate office; strong client service orientation, preferably with customer service work experience.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure all Payroll and Benefits transactions are within compliance of appropriate policies and procedures; administer and ensure proper setup of Benefits and Payroll for new hires.
In this role, the selected candidate will process Payroll throughout the companys various division within the United States, process data obtained from the timekeeping system and transfer to the payroll processing system.
