Manage the semi-monthly US payroll processes for including review of leave of absence payments, retroactive payments, bonuses, new hires, time reporting for hourly workers, and other miscellaneous payroll data.
Lead process improvement events and activities to ensure policy & processes are harmonized, automated and efficiently being executed on a regular basis; monitor and identify Federal, State and local compliance requirements and ensures overall compliance.
Reviews and maintains company's time and attendance interface with payroll. Investigates any discrepancies, reviews controls and implements changes as necessary. Provides employee training and resources across the organization.
