In this role, the selected candidate must be expert in manufacturing processes & design rules (development and implementation) with focus on flip chip bumping/CPI, substrate, assembly, MCM, 2.5D/3D, packaging materials, INFO, POP, thin package, etc is a must.
In this role, the selected candidate will be supporting the selection of primary and secondary packaging materials for both large and small molecule products; performing technical assessments and studies to justify the selected material, writing technical specifications and Bill of Materials for both clinical and commercial products.
