Works closely with the Site Operations Director and site leadership teams to ensure that local business and operations initiatives are planned and executed to maximize positive business results for the site and Company.
This role is an individual contributor who will be responsible for supporting four separate HR leaders, either supporting VP's for the President, Technology, Corporate functions and SVP of Diversity; or Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Shared Services.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing effective and efficient Human Resources support for all employees, managers and supervisors at specific facilities, while ensuring compliance with all State and Federal employment laws.
Assists division and department supervisors with planning,development, implementation and adaptation of applicable safety programs. Provides guidance and assistance in the development of employee injury prevention, risk management, general office,industrial and vehicle safety programs, and coordinates company-wide safety training programs.
Conducts investigations related to grievances, claims of harassment, discrimination, and related subjects; participates in disciplinary investigations and makes recommendations regarding the disciplinary process.
Serve as the key HR leader supporting the Engineering and Camera Platform teams across multiple global locations; partner with key stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are met, focusing on organizational design in a rapidly growing company.
Provide indirect supervision for the HR Department in the absence of the Director of Human Resources. Utilizes sound management practice theory to both reward good performance and correct deficiencies.
