The World Wide Sales & Operations Support Learning & Development Team is responsible for creating and delivering innovative and dynamic training curricula for our Operations teams globally. This team is searching for an exceptional Instructional Designer candidate for a position based out of our Cupertino, California campus.
In this role, the selected candidate will support training efforts focusing on commercial aviation customers as well as internal support personnel; leverage industry-standard development tools to produce high quality content; and use a variety of adult learning methodologies to design and create assessments, simulations, interactive exercises, and quizzes.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Iead Instructional Designer in designing and developing web-based training materials, job aids, video tutorials, instruction guides, help content, help box text to support users migrating to a new enterprise tool.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with the Training unit director to serve incoming training requests, by producing training workshops or training plans to high standards, under short timelines. Rapid design, development, and iteration will be key to success.
In this role, the selected candidate will experience developing content and/or training in a customer service or technical support contact center a plus (Service Provider, Carrier Support, or Apple Retail).
