Works directly with the Business Unit, IT, the client and other internal departments to analyze, understand and document business requirements and implement solutions. Continuously strives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, ensure compliance with regulations, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide clients with quality service.
This position will then take a lead role to identify the appropriate solution, and work within the teams to deliver those capabilities. Youll then work closely with all stakeholders to develop a roadmap to enable the capabilities thru the solution lifecycle.

This position is responsible for hands on solution architecture, delivery, and ongoing management of the Human Resources (HR) and Payroll (PY) functions using SAP application suites - ECC, CATS, SuccessFactors, and Business Intelligence (BI), and various HR.
Support Oracle users in their daily business solutions including system training and production issue troubleshooting. Design, build and implement functional solutions which meet desired business requirements.
Support High Volume Specialists as the "go to" person for trouble shooting issues and pre sales support; support the field with demos, sales calls, proposals, etc. for all high end production black-and-white, and color products.
Understand systems landscapes/usage to Identify options and collaborate with IT Partners on the technical solution approach and architecture for solving complex data extraction, transformation and reporting problems.
