Responsible for the execution of assigned searches. Execution activities will include screening resumes, conducting interviews with potential candidates, communicating with hiring managers throughout the search process, conducting reference checks, and maintaining the database.
In this role, you will provide information to leaders and HRBPs in the development of talent solutions such as resources for career development and learning opportunities or job descriptions for hiring.
Maintain employment data in ADP and other specific software, including status changes, terminations, etc. Prepare necessary documentation for changes of status and terminations. Request informational updates on an annual basis to ensure that employee personal data is current.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR Communications content and maintenance on Connect TV (Jive platform) and Digital Signage as well as transitioning content including, but not limited to "Pulse" collaboration management from Sprocket platform.
