In this role, the selected candidate will perform needs analysis to ensure that learning and development resources exist and are developed to support learning needs based on competencies, organization changes, and other external factors.
The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to drive the success of HR activities for M&A, scale and evolve the HR M&A function capabilities, and accelerate our ability to capture deal value.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for coaching and advising on a variety of components impacting employee experience: employee relations concerns, first tier investigations, performance management, rewards and recognition, leaves of absence, local labor laws, global mobility, compensation and benefits.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop strong customer relationships with the senior leadership team and provide effective, value added HR support that is focused on enabling business performance.
In this role, you will provide support with Global Mobility including financial/budget related tracking, analysis and issue resolution, initiating cost assessments with tax consultants, managing day to day mobility vendor transactions, initiating relocations, tracking temporary employee assignments, and updating/managing process documentation.
