The incumbent is a front line member of the Human Resources team responsible for supporting the Human Resources Leadership team on the full range of operational Human Resources activities within the facility and/or service area. The incumbent performs a hands-on role in providing human resources expertise in employee and labor relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training and other HR activities.
Responsible for managing, tracking, closing and reporting progress on HR issue resolution; coordinates with broader HR teams (HRBP, HRC, COEs and/or country HR managers as appropriate) to ensure issues are resolved.

Serve as the key HR leader supporting the Engineering and Camera Platform teams across multiple global locations; partner with key stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are met, focusing on organizational design in a rapidly growing company and community.
In this role, you will develop and implement value-added HR programs and initiatives, support all aspects of HR for assigned client groups including performance management, employee relations, compensation, reward and recognition, succession planning, organizational and staff development, and change management.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for executing the Human Capital (People) Strategy for all Mediscan staff; implement people and organizational solutions from an enterprise viewpoint and also measure/monitor the needs of employees through effectively building and developing relationships across all levels of the organization.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functional responsibilities which include staffing, performance management, coaching, and facilitating employee communications, training and development, legal compliance, employee relations, compensation and wage and salary administration.
In collaboration with manager, conduct organizational & talent assessments; develop talent strategy and pipeline to staff and build workforce capability. (e.g., selection, assessment, development, succession).
