In this role, you will assists departments in interpreting, and applying payroll and benefit laws, rules,regulations, policies and procedures; answers inquiries from internal and
external clients, refers active and retired employees to other appropriate
resources as necessary.
In this role, you will serve as a resource on human resources issues, effectively communicate human resources policies, and explain human resources processes and procedures. Resolve basic issues as appropriate. Refer other issues to Director of Administration and Operations for resolution.
In this role, the selected candidate will
support HR and the management team to meet recruiting efforts, which will include, posting open positions, sourcing resumes, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and working with hiring managers.
