The position is responsible for supporting the corporate fp&a organization and partners with business leaders in both r&d and finance to set the strategic direction for organizational, operational and financial strategies relating to spend controls and roadmap priorities.
In this role, you will develop an understanding of business processes and controls through research, interviews, testing and analyses, and provide guidance on US Government accounting and compliance reporting requirements, rules, and regulations (e.g., Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFARS, as well as internal policies and procedures.
In this role, you will facilitate sales and/or product training classes and seminars at individual (agent), district, division and territory levels (i.E. Delivery of compliance approved sales presentations, the development of marketing ideas and cross-sell techniques, joint sales calls).
This position will be called upon to evaluate strategic options, develop and implement meaningful methods of financial analysis and be responsible for understanding and analyzing the impact of individual decisions on the overall business.
In this role, you will review and verify employees' base direct labor rates to PRISM in accordance with applicable Government regulations, company policies and procedures, and terms of Employment Agreements to determine the accuracy, allowable, allocable, and reasonableness of costs.
