In this role, you will work for the Director of Field Marketing to manage and execute programs that will engage leads and drive sales opportunities for our pipeline. You will work across functional teams that can help support the execution of these activities, but you must be able to be both a strategic and a hands-on marketer.
The field marketing manager plays a supporting role in managing marketing activation and collaborates with the marketing and sales teams on creation, implementation and execution of key programs. This position will accelerate efforts to build a culturally relevant brand through partnerships, sponsorship/event activation, advocacy, and content development.
In this role, your responsibilities include managing a field marketing budget, coordinating and executing events, evaluating sponsorship opportunities, ensuring a consistent and strong brand presence in the market, and identifying unique local marketing opportunities for the brand.
This position is responsible for the seamless execution of events, projects, and programs that drive awareness and revenue among the k12 education market. Success requires close partnership with education marketing managers, the education sales team, and cross-functional partners to effectively manage multiple projects at any given time.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop and manage campaigns to share the company advantage in key strategic areas in education. Develop the invitation strategy, invitation creative, and a follow up plan for k12 education events.
