The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with the delivery of quality facility management services.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze data collected from various sources of inspections, work order processes, score-carding, and vendor performance, etc., and make recommendations for system/process enhancements, and verify enforcement of contracted services on a daily basis.
In this role, you will responsible for the development, planning and implementation of environmental, health and safety policies and procedures (chemical safety, ergonomics, illness and injury prevention and building safety) within the company.
In this position, you will review the accuracy of service contracts for the dining facility; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); lawn maintenance; snow removal; refuse; and any other service affecting the mechanical operation of the building.
In this role, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of the facility as well as preventative and predictive maintenance of the facility equipment to ensure compliant, safe, efficient and reliable operations. The selected candidate will meet regularly with Customers to confirm their requirements are being met.
