The E-mail Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing impactful e-mail marketing strategies in partnership with cross-functional and synergy teams, including campaign planning, segmentation analysis / management, campaign quality control, data requests and reporting.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing programs in new outbound digital channels including mobile push and SMS. The ideal candidate will work well with all levels, have strong technical email aptitude, and have experience with enterprise email marketing and CRM platforms.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the planning, development and execution of email marketing programs, including broadly circulated brand messages, targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and triggered campaigns based on cross-channel customer behavior.
Execute upon our expanding email marketing programs, including but not limited to store marketing campaigns, sales agent outreach, post-purchase and transactional messaging using advanced segmentation. Reduce opt-outs, increase cross-brand engagement, and leverage technology to automate increased personalization and retargeting opportunities.
