Partners with clinical and administrative staff and management to collect and compile data, perform medical chart review and prepare performance reports for Nursing, Ancillary departments, Medical Staff committees and Board of Directors.
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the operations of the Quality Services department and performance improvement program of hospital. Accountable for management of interdisciplinary performance improvement projects in consultation with staff, management, and Medical Staff, as chartered by the Quality Council.
The Administrative Director under the direction of the CEO, provides leadership, oversight and is responsible for the overall performance of the Quality Management Department. This role has overall responsibility for quality and risk and is accountable to communicate and implement corporate strategic initiatives to meet the program goals and objectives.
Directs the staffing and training needs to meet expected requirements as defined for a highly reliable organization. Develops and implements an audit/education plan that uses feedback from audits to perform direct communications/trainings to impact future audit findings and continue the HRO path.
The Director of Quality Improvement assists the organization in the implementation of hospital-wide quality assessment and improvement activities through collaboration and interaction with the medical staff and hospital staff.
The Senior Director of Quality Assurance will provide strong leadership and strategic direction to our quality organization as well as building and maintaining the quality culture within the company. Senior Director of Quality Assurance will manage, direct and maintain the companys quality assurance program to ensure regulatory compliance of all internal GMP functions and external GMP vendors (CMOs, CROs).
