In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects, and reaching internal health plan penetration goals through the use of strong consultative skills.

In this role, the selected candidate will lead the organizational Pharmacy & Therapeutics and formulary management process and lead the development of system-wide pharmacy programs and standards for clinical practice.
In this role, the selected candidate will work in collaboration with District and Facility Senior Management, facility Medical Directors, attending physicians, clinical staff, contracted consultant pharmacists, local pharmacy, other contracted services to help ensure the safe and effective use of medications for residents in the assigned facilities within assigned district(s) of the NCD.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor patient medication administration record to ensure accurate transcription, timely delivery of medications and avoidance of drug-drug or drug-food interactions.
In this role, you will manage the overall pharmacy sites and the teams for those sites; site visits may be unannounced and/or scheduled; assignment in other geographical areas may be assigned from time to time for general or specific projects.
