Design, implement and manage sales forecasting processes that provide accurate prediction into future revenue performance. Ensure forecasting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company.

In this role, the selected candidate will support / drive process improvement initiatives: process definition, accounting and reporting metrics, new product releases, inventory controls, BOMs and routings, budgeting and forecasting, cycle count program and metrics.
Collaborates with other directors in sharing of staff and resources, as well as assists in the cross training of the staff; assumes the leadership role in individual area of expertise and for projects as assigned.
The incumbent must have extensive experience with EPIC, a thorough understanding of Pro Fee builds within EPIC, a working knowledge of Pro Fee Revenue Cycle Operations, and outstanding communication and leadership skills that will facilitate project optimization and outstanding financial results.
The Director of Operations ( DOO ), in partnership with medical group leadership, is responsible for all operational performance of assigned business units, consisting of multiple care centers in a defined geographic area.
The Associate Director uses performance metrics and assessment programs to ensure that residents have high quality facilities and services; researches, understands and implements changes based on industry trends and best practices; works closely and collaboratively with various campus departments, including Physical Plant Management, Risk Management, Facilities Planning, and Purchasing; and works to ensure positive relationships both internally and externally.
This individual will collaborate with the business unit leads, VPs of Sales, compliance, legal, HR and management to develop and adjust incentive programs and manage the review and approval of all field incentive programs.
