In this role, you will be responsible for the health screening,disaster planning, and coordination of All Staff in-Service. Coordinate a team on training, coordination of services, enrichment program, nutrition and dining program.
The Clinical Lead is responsible for all aspects of nursing care delivery in the facility. Assumes responsibility as Department Manager of PACU/ERU Departments. The DON is also responsible for the Quality Improvement/Risk Management Program for the center and Education Coordinator for the facility, as well.

In this role, you will direct the delivery of services that add value and are integrated with nursing standards of practice, service priorities and performance/outcome measures, as well as with strategic, business and organizational goals/objectives.
In this role, you will manage the planning, development, implementation, delivery and evaluation/improvement of quality patient care provided by multiple departments within one or two service lines which may include a combination of med/surg/critical care, maternal child health, pediatric and periop services.
The Director of Nursing is responsible for coordinating, training, scheduling, and team development among the nursing staff. This is a management level nursing position that maintains direct contact with patients and integration with patient care.
