The Director of Engineering is responsible for all product development activities for the RF/MW BU, and for managing senior level engineering design teams that include RF/MW discrete MCMs, GaN & Si RF/MW Power Transistors & Pallet Amplifiers and MMICs.
Work with DC management to design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing distribution center production processes to include human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.
