The Director of Regional Independent Physician Associations (IPAs) Operations will lead high priority planning, directing, coordinating and supervising the functions and activities of the IPA primary care network(s) and specialty delivery networks at our Population Health Management business Healthcare Partners (HCP).

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning, reporting, quota management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation administration, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent.
Provide financial oversight and leadership for the operations divisional financials for weekly risk and opportunities, monthly reporting and forecasting, quarterly QBR reporting and leadership staff meetings.
Partner with Division Finance leader to solicit feedback to develop and implement step level improvements in reporting and continuously make process and system upgrades to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The primary responsibilities of the position are to lead and ensure high levels of quality and service to internal and external customers, positive experience of staff, and meeting departmental initiatives. This position will be a centralized point person for lab service operations.
