In this role you will be responsible for providing Human Resource leadership including planning, organizing, and directing integrated HR Services consistent with the organizations` strategic plan and goals.

Experience as a strategic business partner with credibility as a trusted advisor and confidant to senior management on business issues and business strategy with the ability to link human resources as a driver and influencer of business performance.
The Director of Human Resources serves as a member of the affiliates senior leadership team, and provides expert knowledge and support to these leaders and the rest of management on Human Resource related issues and provides input and support on the affiliate leadership team on overall business issues.
Supervises human resources staff and provides direction and leadership necessary to meet service level standards and overcome obstacles. Manages expenses related to the divisions human resources activities; participates in the development of budgets, forecasts, and reconciliation of expenditures.
