The Manager, Benefits is primarily responsible for strategy, design, compliance and management of TelePacific Health and Welfare Benefit Plans. Additionally, the role is responsible for the administrative and financial processes associated with the benefits plans.
In this role, you will responsible for insuring the accuracy and consistency of data transfers into that HRIS. The HR Systems and Benefits Administrator will also be responsible for data entry, maintenance, and reliability of HR data and benefits administration.

In this role you will oversee the annual salary planning process for merit and incentive payouts. The selected candidate will collaborate with Finance to provide budget forecasts for merit, incentive payouts and other salary changes.
In this role, you will perform job evaluations, conduct market surveys, collect and analyze market data and maintain salary survey data; prepare twice a year cash increase, promotion and equity refresh recommendations for senior leadership approval.
In this role, you will develop compensation philosophy and strategies that support the organization's business strategies. Support the growth of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. with competitive, proactive, customer-focused compensation systems and programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular file reviews for clients as required by the client instructions. The UM will review all CMRs selected to ensure they are appropriate before presenting to the client.
