As a compensation analyst on companys Firmwide Human Resources team located in our Oakland office. The successful candidate will provide analytical and consultative compensation support for a wide range of compensation projects and programs.
In this role, you will review and analysis of claims submitted by TPAs, making coverage decisions, completing independent analysis on assigned claims, devising, implementing effective claim management resolution strategies, accomplish cost effective litigation plans, negotiations, and resolution strategies.
In this role, the candidate will act as primary partner with HR, sales, sales operations, accounting and finance leadership to continuously improve incentive compensation plan design, administration and payout accuracy.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering inquiries from third party administrators regarding data integrity including root cause analysis. The selected candidate will research and provide information to participants via verbal or written format in a timely manner.
This position receives general instructions on new projects or assignments and is expected to use independent discretion and judgment when gathering and analyzing information to recommend a course of action regarding deliverables.
In this role, you will support a variety of compensation initiatives (both ssc-specific and enterprise-wide) and provide input into program design and process improvement in support of change management initiatives. Develop effective communication plans and conduct employee, hr business partner and leader training.
