The Community Product Specialist reports to the District Business Manager and works collaboratively across a matrix sales organization to appropriately address customer needs and ensure that we deliver on our sales targets and our objective of demonstrating value among our customers.
In this role, you will act as single touch point for all client requests for inbound messaging and marketing related content, conduct triage and regular check-ins with clients and vendors, ensure client satisfaction and success.
This position prepares internal and external communications materials/activities to promote and support the mission, objectives, and business goals of the organization. Assists in tracking the perception of the company via editorial contacts and placements in trade publications. Plans and leads the publication of employee newsletters, brochures and related materials. Guides the development of the company's identity program, including signage, stationery, literature, etc.
In this role, you will work directly with the Product Managers and Engineering Leads responsible for those products, drive down bug counts and shape product direction with user feedback. The selected candidate will monitor and analyze user reports for feedback and bug-related trends.
