The SBB Client Manager contributes to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by building, developing, and managing new and expanded existing relationships (typically high value) with Business Banking customers.
This position is responsible for contribution to overall branch sales efforts, maintaining first in class service levels for their branch, and all aspects of operational integrity for the branch and colleagues.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage team members, including creating quality control measures and training, process development and improvement, cross functional coordination, contract process monitoring/reporting, client billable support, internal and external reporting of accounts metrics.
Responsible for identifying and securing project resources and managing project schedules and budget to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and within agreed to scope, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

The primary focus of the Client Administrator is to provide technical support to Client Executives and to clients in maintaining commercial insurance policies in accordance with the objectives and procedures outlined by the Director, Client Services.
Manage the delivery of services through subordinate team and fill in for them and the district manager in their absence or as requested or required. Work with assigned personnel to ensure that all contractually scheduled hours are met with a minimum of unbilled overtime.
