The Mobile Computer Client Field Analyst provides computer technical support for all Mobile Connect clients. Troubleshoots and analyzes technical and hardware problems relating to ruggedized computers and other peripheral devices.
In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate with sales teams in weekly meetings and thorough maintenance of account status reports; work closely with billing and A/R teams to reconcile and clear invoices.
The Client Resources Coordinator III will partner with the clients on finding and keeping permanent housing. The CRC III will assess each clients needs and resources and develop an individual housing plan for each client.

In this role, the selected candidate will provide general administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals; responsible for preparing proposal, presentation and communication materials; coordinate the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
