Develops, maintains and updates project pricing structures for all unit, partnership, and other related proposals and pursuits with unit leaders; participate in the pricing and development of major business unit bids and proposals, as necessary.

The ideal COO candidate will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations, managing and developing staff, assuring high quality care, sound fiscal operations, maintaining a strong compliance with Joint Commission and CMS regulations while continually monitoring the facility's services and delivery systems.
