Continuously identify, assess, measure and monitor information technology risk by performing independent hands-on risk assessments. Includes both in house systems and vendor based solutions covering information security, business continuity and compliance risk.
This position is responsible for hands on solution architecture, delivery, and ongoing management of the Human Resources (HR) and Payroll (PY) functions using SAP application suites - ECC, CATS, SuccessFactors, and Business Intelligence (BI), and various HR.
This position will then take a lead role to identify the appropriate solution, and work within the teams to deliver those capabilities. Youll then work closely with all stakeholders to develop a roadmap to enable the capabilities thru the solution lifecycle.
Support High Volume Specialists as the "go to" person for trouble shooting issues and pre sales support; support the field with demos, sales calls, proposals, etc. for all high end production black-and-white, and color products.
Develop and document financial system framework improvements for integration and implementation, including specification documents, conceptual architecture documents, and strategic architectural recommendations.
Escalate any unresolved issues to the proper vendor (CUSA, NT-Ware, Nuance, etc.) and act as the intermediary until final resolution is found; assist sales force in understanding solution selling process.
You will approach this role, the way we approach our engagements with our external partners you will be responsible for embedding with your customer, Finance, to deeply understand the problem space, and drive meaningful outcomes.
Works directly with the Business Unit, IT, the client and other internal departments to analyze, understand and document business requirements and implement solutions. Continuously strives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, ensure compliance with regulations, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide clients with quality service.
