The Business Project Analyst supports the Project Management Office by assisting in gathering business requirements, preparing documentation, developing project plans, and monitoring progress. The Business Analyst will assist and/or lead small to medium sized moderately complex projects, crossing multiple business units, with a shorter timeline.
Lead complex data analysis to understand business needs, define and document detailed business user requirements that drive tool, policy and process selection/definition and implementation of Next Gen Desktop Program.
The SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) specialist will provide leadership as well as hands on experience for implementing best practice processes in the Finance and Controlling module of SAP. The candidate is ultimately responsible for their area of SAP, including blueprint optimization, customer satisfaction, managing consultants and delivery of projects, with minimum day to day supervision.
Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers and security engineers to develop and operate our data processing toolset; collaborate with data scientists and economists on data pipeline design for prediction and inference purposes.
Maps metrics against the Company's operational plans and tactical/strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus; creates and facilitates reporting and analysis to evaluate operational initiatives and drive operational efficiencies.
The Analyst will analyze and interpret policies including but not limited to HS compensation plans for faculty and MSP staff physicians, travel reimbursement, and expense reimbursement (PayAuth); will fully analyze problems that may arise, gather data, find and evaluate alternate solutions and make final recommendations.
