Review subscription quality issues to determine actions required to resolve misalignment between provisioned and contracted services, manage the internal consolidation of customer subscriptions, align subscription renewal status with opportunity and contract information, and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into our financial reporting systems.
Develop and manage business analysis phase/stage plans (i.e., major activities, activities, tasks, milestones, schedule, resource allocation); lead and direct small, medium and large business line teams in medium to large projects.

This position is responsible for hands on solution architecture, delivery, and ongoing management of the Human Resources (HR) and Payroll (PY) functions using SAP application suites - ECC, CATS, SuccessFactors, and Business Intelligence (BI), and various HR.
The IT Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for working closely with partners from multiple business units and the IT group in order to understand and document strategic drivers and tactical needs to ensure that the implementation teams can provide solutions that meet the business need with the necessary stability, usability, and scalability.
