In this role, you will be responsible for the operations of global group benefit plans and programs. Additionally the Benefits Manager heads up Workers Comp, Leaves of Absences, Wellness and supplemental benefit offering initiatives while investigating new benefits programs, improving or augmenting existing programs, and providing excellent customer service to employees.
Develop and implement benefit screening tools, assessments, outreach and follow - up procedures for quality assurance purposes. Identify program objectives and develop strategic plans to meet or exceed program goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the ongoing vendor management and administration of various benefit programs, including program analysis and recommendations, communications and HR customer service training.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners as well a business and plant leadership, acting as a subject matter expert consultant, including influencing in complex situations, educating, and presenting to groups.
