In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing commission payment related activities for Client's Commission Accounting Department. The Commission Analyst will provide daily operational support for administering the Client commission plans to ensure timely and accurate payment.

In this role, the selected candidate will serve as the analytical point of contact for Total Rewards programs like compensation reviews, role classification, market data collection, constructing compensation structures, rewards-related Rioter surveys, financial reporting on compensation expenses, and special projects.
In this role, the candidate will ensure execution of core compensation projects, with a scope beyond sales incentive plan design (e.g., compensation policies, new hires/transfers compensation, SPIFF bonus programs, etc.).
They will work closely with other compensation analysts and manager to gather, research and validate data using a variety of applications and resources. Specific compensation experience is not a requirement, but business/financial acumen is necessary to succeed in this role.
In this role, you will identify root cause, resolve issues, and propose solutions on manager facing and compensation facing systems (e.g., recognition system, job description system, compensation tool, focal planning tool).
