The SAP BI Applications Developer will participate in the development and support of Business Intelligence (BI) applications and reporting solutions within EDF Renewable Energy (EDF RE), primarily using EDF REs Enterprise Data Warehouse (DW) and Business Intelligence (BI) system using SAP HANA. The developer will work with key personnel in all areas of the company.
Collaborating with Technology team members to design and develop micro service application and data processing functionality; manage inbound test requests, estimating time needed and working with other team members to set priorities.
Provide feedback to Marketing, Manufacturing and Engineering about the competitive environment, market acceptance of devices, and identification of opportunities and features for new products/product areas.
Provide both remote and onsite technical support to customers, to include analysis of user sensor data, troubleshooting discrete electronic sensors, and preparing technical reports based on analysis and resolution.
Responsible for providing engineering support through refrigeration, EMS and HVAC system design, custom rack design, energy analysis, and special complex projects ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and deadline timeliness.
Working directly with key application developers to understand the current and future problems they are solving and to design data flows and structures and create and optimize core parallel algorithms to provide the best solution on GPU.
You will serve as the in-house authority for EDA tools, as well as act as liaison between designers and vendors. You will analyze issues, build solutions or workarounds, and provide test cases. You will evaluate new methodologies, EDA tools and features and work with your team to add to new design implementation flows. Additionally, you will join chip design teams and take responsibility for implementation tasks.
Work with multiple automobile manufacturers on the development of ground breaking, high-end Autonomous Driving, Infotainment, and Instrumentation Cluster systems. Designs will also include machine intelligence for driver assistance utilizing Nvidias latest technology.
