You participate in daily meetings with network operations center (NOC) staff to discuss network stability/performance, critical issues, end user concerns/perception, open trouble tickets and planned maintenance.

In this role, you will provide technical and product application support directly with customers and to the Manufacturers Reps (Reps), Authorized Distributors (ADs), and Vertical Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to help drive opportunity creation, new business wins, and overall sales growth in the assigned territory.
Performs execution of test cases, test scripts, captures test results, test metrics and produces test reports both automated and manual; identifies and tracks system defects, performs root cause analysis of the defects and works with the development team to resolve them.
Provide application software development services or technical support for new and/or existing applications. Review system requirements and business processes and develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications.
