In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of calendars, meeting coordination, appointment scheduling, telephone coverage, travel planning, preparation of correspondence, expense reporting/reimbursement.
This role provides assistance to the overall Store Development department which includes; store construction, design, facilities, purchasing and real estate. The role is a point person for administrative-related projects within a fast-paced, dynamic, creative environment.
In this position, you will provide quality control and editing support across a variety of documents and client deliverables. Collaborate with speaking manager regarding event/speech outreach, tracking, and follow-up.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide administrative and operational clerical support to Legal & Government Relations department attorneys, managers and/or staff. Responsibilities may include answering phones and relaying messages/information to both division staff and callers; scheduling/calendaring meetings and conferences; maintaining filing systems; ordering/stocking office supplies; opening/sorting mail.
