This position is responsible for coordinating events and assisting with the preparation of marketing collateral, presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Business Development Manager.
The candidate in this role is a dynamic, detail -oriented, and personable team player that works cross- functionally with various teams / departments to ensure the smooth operation of the B2B e - Ticket System.
The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers, Director of Marketing, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing to ensure that all communities and sales counselors have the tools and resources to do their jobs effectively.
Serves as a resource person for entire sales team; provides focused administration, reporting and client-contact support to the sales team. Additionally, provides sales support as a direct liaison between sales and billing. Responsible for daily salesforce.com data inputting and tracking.
The HR Coordinator will focus on providing support to the TNT/tbs and Ad Sales offices and their general employee population. They will be responsible for assisting in the onboarding and processing of new employees and act as a main point of contact to clients in fielding inquiries related to HR programs and policies.
