In this role, you will lead, manage, train, and develop the sales team/Client Service Leaders to meet or exceed annual services and construction sales and profit goals while aligning the team to achieve future strategic growth objectives.
The person successful in this role will have to demonstrate the ability to answer technical inquiries and manage the financing and if you already understand heavy machinery, you will have a huge advantage and opportunity.
In this role, you will perform advanced sales, market, and account management activities, with an emphasis on sales volume and customer growth. Responsibilities may include servicing customer business, developing sales and related business strategies, and developing relationships with site management, including upper management.

work directly with Client Service Leaders and Marketing staff on all pursuits over $1million (as well as smaller key pursuits, as needed) to ensure that CDM Smith's sales process is followed and a focused plan is developed to win each project.
