The role of the Support Analyst is to support end-users on incidents and requests by maintaining a constant communication flow with the customers. The responsibilities of this job are mainly focused on providing 1st level support to internal customers on applications and services.
Provides support for budgeting, data extraction, analysis and reporting, cost accounting and product line reporting. Works with all members of the financial planning team, and act as a finance department liaison when working on projects outside the department.
Must be proficient in help desk operations, including creating, triaging, escalating and resolving issues and incidents, creating and managing helpdesk processes and maintaining documentation (Knowledge Base, Wiki, Help Desk Incident Tracking System).
