The Program Manager provides a single-point of accountability to the Product Line Manager to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. The Program Manager provides day-to-day direction to a cross-functional team including production, quality, planning, engineering, and procurement.
The Manager of Project Management is accountable for coordinating and managing clients' projects through all phases of laboratory operations, including project set-up and maintenance, login review, communication of analytical issues, client account maintenance, reporting, invoicing, bottle orders, client pickups, identification of work share facilities, and assigning PM upon awarded quote and proposal.
Responsible and accountable for program success and ensures that project milestones are delivered with quality, on time and within targeted budgets, meeting or exceeding internal or external customer expectations.
Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services as they relate to space utilization. Develops, recommends to Hospital Offices and implements or guides implementation of new and/or modified space/buildings, to support new or expanded programs.
The Project Manager in the Professional Services Delivery organization is a key contributor to the achievement of department goals and initiatives, while at the same time managing delivery of customer engagements.
Design and maintain quality control systems, oversee first article inspection and source inspection activities, determine disposition of non-conforming material and assign corrective action at the sub-system level.
